He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Maurice and Martha Sue Ford Hassey; his grandparents, Dudley Maurice, Irene Milligan Hassey, Claude and Bessie Rayburn Ford; his aunts and uncles, Donald Ford, Tom Ford, Jo Crosier and Lou Sherrod; and his parents-in-law, Dr. John Talbot Masten, Jr. and Jeanie Lazenby Masten.
He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Claudine Ford of Bellevue, Jim Ford (Zoraida) of Brentwood, Donna White of Bellevue, Jon Hassey of Ft. Myers and Emily Hassey Minnick (Jim) of La Vergne, Tennessee. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
