With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessica Diane Konemann of Brentwood, Tennessee, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on November 1, 2022 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Monte Bremer and Diane Bremer; her husband Travis Konemann; her children, Brady Konemann, Halle Konemann and Hunter Konemann; and her brothers, Matthew Bremer (Vicki) and Darren Bremer (Jennifer).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to made to the American Heart Association in her honor.
