He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ara Mayo and Homer Mayo; his wife Lynda; his children, Maria Mayo, Keith Mayo (Eddie) and Matt Mayo; his grandson Walter Mayo; his sisters, Kathleen Duke and Dianne Sexton; and his pet Barney.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Jerry Mayo Memorial Fund at Good Shepherd or The Nashville Humane Society.
