He is survived by: his mother Sybil Kay Byers; his sons, Daniel Jeffrey and Andrew David; his wife Janet Jobe Byers; his children, Jessica Byers and Stephen Byers; his sister Kristin Cole (Mike); and his sister-in-law Laurie Byers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
