He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Brighton and Zack; his siblings, Sherrie Winter (Ronnie), Elise Black (Scott) and Shan Weatherly (Kevin Ann); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Wardlaw (Brad), Ron Winter (Emily), Scott Black III, Catherine Hicks (Chris), Brandon Weatherly (Lyssa) and Hannah Kimbrough (Matthew); his mother-in-law Mona Leake; his sister-in-law Sherry Donald (Dale); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Smith and Blake Donald.
