He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances Elizabeth and James Joseph Sitter; his wife Martha Ann; his sons, James "Jim" (Theresa) and William "Bill" (Natalie); his grandchildren, Danielle Cooley and Brian Keener; his nephew Mark Sitter; and his brother Joseph Matthew Sitter.
