She is survived by: her close friend Cathy Burkhead of Paducah, KY; her daughter Heather Suggs (Kenny); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Joel Vance, James Lee Vance, Jr. and Megan E. Vance; her son Mark Ryther Oakley; her grandchildren, Eric Eugene Oakley and Jacquelyn Huff; her son Craig Oakley (Josie); her grandchildren, Michael Oakley and Rosanna Nykanen; her sister Martha Charlotte Rock; her sister-in-law Barbara Howell; and her cousins, Judy Bell and Bob Fenimore. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
