It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Dean Brown of Brentwood, Tennessee, born in Waynesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Franks; her husband Warren Gaston Brown; her grandsons, Ken Ford, Jr. and Phillip Ford; and her siblings, Billy Franks and Charlene Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Ford (Kenny) and Judy Boehm (Rick); her grandchildren, Stacy (David), Trisha and Elliott; her granddaughter-in-law Angela; her great grandchildren, Victoria, Bryce, Layla Adelynn, Harley, Kaiden, Brent and Blake; and her sisters, Betty Underwood and Ginger Jackson.
In lieu of flowers the Brown family have asked that donations be made to Concord Road Church of Christ or American Cancer Society in Memory of Hazel Dean Brown.
