He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hayes Graf and Olive "Jean" Graf. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Graf; his children, David Graf (Summer), Michael Graf (Elise) and Rachel Graf; his grandchildren, Charleston and George; and his sisters, Ann Moreland (Tom) and Sara Remke (Doug).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
