He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Irene Jugan (Talpas); his children, Jodi L. Cook (Harry), Tammy M. Jugan (Stephanie Tripoli), Cheryl Ann Jugan and Jake Cook; his parents, Mary Jugan and Michael Jugan; and his siblings, Mildred Muir (Melvin), Helen Hart, Donald Jugan (Vonnie), John, Andy, Mike, Chuck, Joe, Irene and Gladys. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
