He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sewell H. Lowe and Cornelia Stanford Lowe; his wife Dr. Fay Gannon; and his sister Dr. Marilyn Lowe of Denison, IA. He was also cherished by loving daughters and step-daughters.
Contracting COVID in 2021 required 24/7 oxygen the remaining 2 years of life.
