With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Lester Merritts of Brentwood, Tennessee, who passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his fiancée Ann Morris; his sons, Joseph, Alan, Gary and Bruce Merritts; and his sister Virginia Kost. He is also survived by Three grandchildren and two Great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
