He is survived by: his wife Mary Dale Warf; his daughters, Teresa Walkup (Joe) and Laurie Griffin (Ricky); his grandchildren, Matthew Griffin (Brianna), Mason Griffin (Delanie), Maddie Griffin and Josh Walkup; his great grandchildren, Liam and Audrey Griffin; and his siblings, Mae Prater, William Warf (Brenda), Margie Rucker, Jimmy Warf (Dot), Randall Warf and Dyron Warf.
