He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Jewell Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Troy and Glenda (Griffin); his children, Elizabeth, Bryan, Troy, David and Carrie; his grandmother Frazer; his children-in-law, Tommy, Carrie, Jeanie and Lance; his grandchildren, Caleb, Josh, John, Stephen, Thomas, Wilson, Graham, Sam, Ethan, Sarah, Mary, Suzy, Debbie, Julia, Katie Belle, Jewell and Esther; his great grandchildren, Margaret and Caroline; and also Dr. Ray Brown.
