He is survived by: his children, Thomas H Rutherford (Debbie) of Ocoee, FL and Karen Vernon (Robert) of Nolensville, TN; his grandchildren, Shelby Street (John), Rebecca Walker (Michael), Timothy Rutherford (Amie) and Sarah Stoney Rutherford; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Claire, John Mark Street, Beowulf, Asher Rutherford and Connor Rutherford; his grandson Corban Rutherford; and his grandsons-in-law, John Street, Michael Walker, Chase Gilbert, Randy Eatherly and Grey Etheridge.
