It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Wendel Dolzen Sr. (Brentwood, Tennessee), born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Vincent Dolzen; his daughter Trudy Slaughter; and his sister Phyllis Tomecko. He is survived by: his parent Doris Dolzen; his wife Shirley Dolzen; his children, Dan Dolzen, Jr. (Annette) and Theresa Irvin (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Heather Legieza, Justin Dolzen, Peyton Irvin, Connor Irvin and Chase Slaughter.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Shriner's International in loving memory of Dana Wendel Dolzen, Sr.
