He was predeceased by: his father Vernon George Bumgarner; his children, Philip Bumgarner and Heidi Chambers; and his siblings, Vernice Sittman, Dennis Bumgarner, George Bumgarner and Conrad Bumgarner.
He is survived by: his wife Joan B. Bumgarner of Milwaukee; and his children, Steven L. Bumgarner (Maureen), Mark A. Bumgarner (Mary Gaye), Karen J. Vinson (Kenny) and Barbara J. Williams (Larry). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 1/2 (one on the way) great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
