We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2019, at the age of 83, Cessna Skaggs (Brentwood, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Warwick Skaggs; his children, Amy Harr (Harold), Mandy Allender and Andrew Skaggs (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Avery, Ryan, Jackson Harr, Aubrey, Boone, Isla and Briggs Allender.
