Carter of Brentwood, Tennessee, born in Geraldine, Alabama, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Carter (Jean) and Marie Carter Pangle (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Leigh Ann Putnam Williams, Lindsay Abbott Putnam Qualls (Steven), Drew Carter (Heather), Brooks Carter (Paige), Charis AnnaMarie Knight, Haig Anthony Knight, Zack Pangle and Stephanie Pangle; his great grandchildren, Josie Marie Jordan, Eleanor Paige Jordan, Jeffrey Carter Williams, Amelia Reese Qualls, Camryn Carter and Case Carter; his brother Robert "Bob" Carter (Susan); and also Barbara Ann Locklear Carter. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
