He is survived by: his wife Mary; his grandchildren, Callie, Dan Waltz of Nashville, Canaan, Daniel Sanders of Oklahoma City, Camryn, John Austin of McMinnville, Tennessee., Brooklyn Wheatley, Harlan Waltz, Luke and Nathan Sanders; his sister-in-law Sunnye Jones; his cousins, Peggy Hollingshead, Steve and Howard McDaniel; and also, Rickey, Freda, Dennis, Kim, Terry, Patti, Jerry, Laura Jones, Wilma McDaniel of Zachary, Louisiana and Raymond McDaniel of Dallas, Texas.. He is also survived by three daughters, sons-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
