He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Nicholson of Brentwood, TN; his daughter Brandy Sanner Hayes of Brentwood, TN; his sisters, Katherine Dequenne (Ray) of Mocksville, NC and Charlene Bamman of Somerset, PA; his brother-in-law Fred L. Berkey (Brenda) of Jacksonville, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Ray, Jr., Barry, Jocelyn, Damon, Jason Dequenne, Michelle Augenstein, Melissa Salyers, Terry Bamman, Stephanie Allen and Joshua Berkey.
