He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank "Red" Stacey, Jr. and Benita Elizabeth Campbell; his brother Jimmy Stacey; his nephew Leroy Frank Stacey; and his grandparents, Mary Odell Wiser, Frank Benton Stacey, Sr. and Minerva Bush Stacey.

He is survived by: his sisters, Benita Arlene Stacey of Chattanooga and Alta Melissa Barnes of Bradyville; his half-brother Archie Campbell (Robin) of Altamont; and his niece Sierra Elizabeth Campbell of Altamont.
