It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Frances Nipper of Bradyville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammy Tallent and Ruby Travis Tallent; and her husband Jimmy Nipper. She is survived by: her children, Mark Black (Angela Lynch) of Walter Hill and Michelle Black of Woodbury; her grandchildren, Dana Black, Cody Bethune, Justin McKee, Jeremy Wick, Lacole Wilson and Heather Wilson; and her sister Geneva Gannon of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
