He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Goff Rackley of Bradyville; his daughter Darlene Burd (James) of Goodlettsville; his stepchildren, Cindy McCabe (Edward) of Bon Aqua, Ricky Foster (Carol Prater) of Bradyville and Cathy Fults of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Heather Ridley (Ricky) and Shea Burd; his stepgrandchildren, Allison Fischer (John), Kyle McCabe, Jeremy Foster (Amy), Nicholas Foster (April), Jeff Fults (Lynn), Michelle Holt (Eric), Lacey Hasting (Phillip), Lynn Fults, LaNae Campbell and Lynsie Armstrong; his great grandchildren, Madison Brown (Christian), Avriel Burd and Jillian Burd; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Evelina Gray Fischer, Beau Brooks Fischer, Madison, Macie Foster, Tenerra, Brittany Fults, Brandon, Erica Dixon, India Holt, Noah, Coley, Kamryn Campbell, Chase Grosch, Sybil Haston and Bella Armstrong; and his brother Joe Ed Rackley (Linda) of Manchester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
