He is survived by : his nieces and nephews, Sheila Geesey (Tim) of Woodbury, Donnie Freeman (Lynn) of Murfreesboro, Mike Burnett of Murfreesboro, Troy Burnett of Murfreesboro, Earnest Layhew, III of Atlanta and Charles Layhew of Atlanta; his son Irvin Layhew of Nashville; and his sisters, Patsi Frazier and Kathy Rice of Murfreesboro.
