He is survived by: his children, Betty Ann Allen of Bradyville, Bertha Elaine Kellebrew of Nashville, James Ray Bly of Dickson, Vickie Diane Bly of Nashville and Jo Ann Mitchell of Nashville; his grandchildren, Lou Ann Meyer, Mavis Frances Mayo, James Ray Bly, II, Rocky Joe Bly, James Alexander Reynolds, Dustin St. John, Kayla Lynn Clinton, Christiana Lynn Moore and Roger Dale Kellebrew, Jr.; and his siblings, Faye Lefever of Murfreesboro, Elinor Hughes of Woodbury, Jean Canda of Lebanon and Peggy Sue Kentner of Nashville.
