He was predeceased by : his parents, Milbra N. Nipper and Lucille L. Nipper (Haley); and his siblings, Clay Nipper, Bill Nipper, Thomas Nipper, Carolyn Woodson, Kate Nipper and Sarah Nipper.

He is survived by : his siblings, Paul Nipper of Lebanon, James Nipper of Selma, Ernest Nipper of Bradyville, Mary Barrett of Bradyville and Virginia Lorance of Hendersonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
