He is survived by: his wife Patsy Fletcher Parker of Bradyville; his brother Roy Parker (Shirley) of Woodbury; his son-in-law Jeffery Todd; and his grandchildren, Houston Chandler Todd, Addison Olivia Todd and Poppy.
