He was predeceased by : his parents, Houston Roosevelt Parker and Mary Isabell Reed Parker; his daughter Tracey Todd; his siblings, Kenneth Parker, Grady Parker and Norma Simpson Vance; his niece Brenda Parker; and his great-nephew Logan Parker.

He is survived by : his wife Patsy Fletcher Parker of Bradyville; his brother Roy Parker (Shirley) of Woodbury; his son-in-law Jeffery Todd; and his grandchildren, Houston Chandler Todd, Addison Olivia Todd and Poppy.
