He was predeceased by : his grandfather Tony Lewis Higgins. He is survived by : his parents, Tracy Taylor Higgins of Bowling Green, KY and Bobby Higgins (Lisa) of Woodbury; his son Parker David Higgins of Beaver Dam, KY; his brother Hunter Lewis Higgins of Bowling Green; his grandparents, Clarence, Brenda Thompson of Murfreesboro, Danny, Joan Vythoulkas of Bradyville, Jerry and Judy Taylor; and his stepbrothers, Zac Davenport of Murfreesboro and Alex Davenport of Woodbury.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home for a fund for his son, Parker.
