He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick and Mary Jane Pugh Boling. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Saunders Boling of Bradford, TN; his children, Greg Boling (Stephanie) of Humboldt, TN, Regina Boling of Cleveland, GA and Chrissy Staggs of Bradford, TN; his sister Karen Nikell of Aberdeen, OH; and his sister-in-law Debbie Highfield.
