He was predeceased by: his parents, Marth Hettrick Clarke and John Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Martin Clarke of Bradford; his stepchildren, Dustin Conley, April Kist and Bethany Polk; and his grandchildren, Dylan Polk and Haileigh Polk.
