She is survived by: her husband Mike Fields; her sons, Stephen Fields (Tonya) and Scott Fields (Jennifer); her siblings, Ronnie Powell (Mary Jane), Carolyn Vandergriff and Pam Grady (Ray); her grandchildren, Chad London (Jessika), Kelsey Fields, Lindsey Riley (Dylan), Felicia Fields and Carlee "Button" Fields; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Carson and Madilyn London.
