She is survived by: her husband Bro. Eddie Hayes; her children, Timothy Dean Hayes, Tammy Joann Conley and Jamie Marie Cross; her siblings, Jean Cook, Larry Western and Jerry Western; and her grandchildren, Nicolas Allen, Joshua Hayes, Ashley Petty, Jessica Hayes, Holly Petty, Jonah Hayes, Harley Lunsford, Jesse Jowers, Janna Blackmon and Derrick Allen. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
