He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Eugene Romines and Reba Irene Williams; his stepfather Paul Williams; his brother Joseph "Johnny" Quentin Romines; and his nephew Jeffrey Wade Romines.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Quillen Romines; his daughters, Tamatha "Tammy" G. Scott (Kevin) and Haylee D. Martin (Caleb Jones); his grandchildren, Tinzlee Jones, Triton Jones and Tuffin Jones; and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Quillen (Harilyn) and Johnny Quillen (Linda).
