He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Jean Davis; his parents, James Eldridge Davis and Aileen Midyett; and his siblings, Wanda Louise Bryant and James Edward Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Renee Davis and Carmelita "DeeDee" Taylor of Joshua, TX; his granddaughter Cherie McMillan (Bryant Bullock) of Benbrook, TX; his niece Lisa McKinney (Jason); and his nephew Keith Bryant. He is also survived by great-great nephews and nieces including friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel (123 E Main St, Bradford, TN 38316). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Davis Grove Cemetery (155 Davis Grove Rd, Bradford, TN 38316).
