She is survived by: her children, Betty Larue Jones (Nathaniel), Samuel of Bradford, TN and Wayne Randle of Bradford, TN; her siblings, Clarence Scates Jr. of Pennsylvania and Anetta Smith; her close friends, Sylvia Arnold of Bradford, TN, Dianne Brown of Bradford, TN, Carolyn Thomas of Bradford, TN, Gwen Turner of Bradford, TN and Alice Johnson (Freddie) of Union City, TN; her grandchild Annessa Arnold; her siblings, Edna King, Ruth Scates and Clifton Scates; and her siblings-in-law, James Brown, James Smith and Delois Scates. She is also survived by grandkids, niece, and nephews.
