J. Tidwell of Bon Aqua, TN and Trista Forsythe (John) of Bon Aqua, TN; and her grandchildren, Yaya, Chance (Jaxyn Forsythe), Kesten Tidwell and Elizabeth Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
