He was predeceased by : his father Joe Winters. He is survived by : his wife Linda Winters; his children, Hanah Winters, Timmy Winters, Richie Skinner (LeAnn), Rose Skinner (Caleb Capaldi), Roy Lee Davidson and America Boston (Eric); his brothers, Tracy Winters and Ashley Winters; and his stepmother Evelyn Winters. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
