He was predeceased by: his father Edward Albert Jaggers Jr.; and his brother Keith Wayne Jaggers. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Edward Jaggers and Chris Harold Jaggers; his uncle Jerry Lee Phillips; his cousins, Christine Lee Phillips, Matthew Bryan Phillips, Rebecca Lynn Phillips Hill (Scott Helaman Hill), Sarah Jane Phillips Coggins (Branson Coggins) and Martha Elizabeth Phillips White; his stepchildren, Caitlyn Armstrong Knopp (Joseph Knopp), Mikenlee Armstrong, Aubrey Cheney, Gabriella Jaggers and Flynn Jaggers; and his cousins, Steve Bainer, Debbie Bainer Clark, Scott Bainer, Stephanie Jaggers Smith, Jonathan Jaggers and Duncan Edward Jaggers.
