She was predeceased by : her husband J. A. Howell; her daughter Brenda Huffines; her son-in-law James Warrick; and her parents, Ezra Fonzo and Evelyn Davis.
She is survived by : her children, Jeff Howell (Jennifer), Tammy Smith (Dewayne), Lori Howell (Brittany Roper), Rhonda Howell Maxey (Mike Young) and Charlotte Warrick; and her son-in-law Mickey Huffines. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
