He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Delbert Haley and Mildred Mayberry Haley; his wife Teena Moss Haley; his children, Tammy Slocum, Penny Frost, Brent Moss, Dustin Haley and Jason Haley; and his siblings, Roy Haley, Terry Haley, Mary Dell Oakley, Carol Taylor and Elaine Davidson. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
