He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Foxworth; his children, Jessica Roberts (Kyle), Lindsey Bender (Jacob), Jennifer Owenby, Angela Kirby (Jeremy) and Brandon Martin (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kelsey Bender, Paige Roberts, Parker Roberts, Blake Roberts Brittany Owenby, Brooke Owenby, Ashlyn Martin and Caidyn Martin; his great grandchild Isabella Faith Owenby; and his brothers, David Foxworth (Robyn) and John Foxworth. He is also survived by several nieces nephews.
