He is survived by: his significant other Tina Schubert of Bon Aqua, TN; his daughter Jennifer Cox (Jeremy) of Spring Hill, TN; his brother Randy Souder (Crystal) of Beavercreek, OH; and his granddaughters, Katherine and Heather Cox. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
