He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Donegan and Minnie Donegan (Lankford); his wife Ruby Mai Donegan; and his siblings, Herman Jr., Raymond, Billy Ray, Sterlin Donegan, Imogene Donegan, Francis Buttrey and Betty Jo Sensing.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Lee Donegan (April) of Lyles, TN, Melissa Ann Horan (Tim) of Centerville, TN and Tina Marie Lonteen of Bon Aqua, TN; and his brother Harse Donegan of Fairview, TN. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
