He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Cook of Dickson, TN; his children, James Robert Cook of Bon Aqua, TN, Shaun Cook of Nashville, TN, Adam Cook (Jessica) of Nashville, TN, Shelley Marie Anderson (Justin) of Centerville, TN, Lee Ann Cook (Michael Stokes) of McEwen, TN, Marie Mealer of Ashland City, TN and Patricia Wagner (Johnny) of Kentucky; and his siblings, Randy Cook of White Bluff, TN, Charles Cook of Ashland City, TN, Dennis Cook of Charlotte, TN, Johnny Cook (Margaret) of Ashland City, TN, Larry Cook (Genine) of White Bluff, TN, Peggy Henry (Jessie) of Ashland City, TN, Barbara Carney (Jerry) of Joelton, TN and Mary Henry (Clarence) of Bon Aqua, TN. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
