It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Goetz Adcock (Bon Aqua, Tennessee), who passed away on January 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Solita Hazelwood Goetz; and her sisters, Eloise Adkins, Diane Jones and Cora Brown.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Adcock of Bon Aqua; her children, Sharon Cart of Bon Aqua and Mike Marks of Columbia; and her stepchildren, Dennis Adcock, Dayle Brown and Gayle Murawski. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
