She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hudson and Rosetta Forsee (Buchanan); her son Stephen Randell Hooper; her siblings, Lonzo Forsee, Herbert Forsee, James Forsee, Clyde Forsee, Marie Woolverton, Edna Mae Ross and Vivian Harvey; and her grandson Tyler McGahey.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Hooper of Bon Aqua, TN; her daughter Lori McGahey (Ray) of Bon Aqua, TN; her brother Howard Forsee (Joyce) of Dickson, TN; her niece Pam Beecham Neal (Brad) of Lebanon, TN; her grandchildren, Blake Neal (Christina), Nicholas Neal, Caroline Fox (Anthony), Nathan Kyle McGahey (Lisa), Ariel Clark (Andrew), Samuel McGahey and Zachariah McGahey; and her great grandchildren, Avery Fox, Ella and Abigail McGahey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
