She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pursley and Gracie Pursley; her husband James Hornburger; her children, James "Buddy" Hornburger and Sandra Kay Gordon; her siblings, Simon Pursley, Willard Pursley, John Henry Pursley, Christine Newman, Mildred Newman, Ruby Newman and Carolyn Parker; and her brother-in-law Robert Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Hornburger of Bon Aqua, TN, Connie Chumley (Sammy) of Bon Aqua, TN and Shelia Neeley (Phillip) of Primm Springs, TN; her siblings, Eugene Pursley (Annie) of Ashland City, TN, Willie Pursley (Brenda) of Ashland City, TN and Shirley Holt of Hickman County, TN; and her grandchildren, James Hornburger (Amber), Candace Anderson (Austin), Tony Gordon (Elisa), Trena Ransco (Brian), Christopher Chumley, Rosie Newhouse (T. J.), Jeremiah McPheron and Kimbra Banks (Jonathan). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and many other loving family members.
