She was predeceased by : her parents, Hollis Hooper and Clayte Sue Smith (Bradford); and her siblings, Delbert Smith, Douglas Smith, Audrey Yates and Ima Couch.

She is survived by : her husband Edsel Lewis of Bon Aqua, TN; her daughters, Anita Sue Richardson (Jim) of Bon Aqua, TN and Margie Macy (Mark) of Nashville, TN; her brother Judge Sam Smith (Linda) of Nunnelly, TN; her stepgrandchildren, Sheila Deel (Gene) and Sam Richardson (Daniela); and her great grandchildren, Lexie, Ryan Deel and Aiden Richardson.
