She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie F. Casey; and her parents, Robert Wardell Lax and Mary Suenell Keller Lax. She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy McKinnie (Steve) and Jessica Soares (Matt); her grandchildren, Casey, Kyle McKinnie, Aston Martin, Jackson French and Caley Soares; and her siblings, Betty Nerren Maples (Charles) and Robby Lax (Janie).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Bolivar (109 Mecklinburg Dr, Bolivar, TN 38008). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM at the Union Cemetery (324 E McNeal St, Bolivar, TN 38008).
Memorial contributions in her name may be sent to the Elvis Presley Trauma Unit at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis.
